• Review Time Off Policy

  Ensure that the employee understands the company's time off policy, including how much time off is available and the process for requesting it.

• Complete Time Off Request Form

  The employee must fill out the time off request form, detailing the dates of absence and the reason for the request.

• Submit Time Off Request

  The completed form should be submitted to the direct supervisor for review and approval.

• Supervisor Review

  The supervisor reviews the request against staffing needs and company policy before approving or denying the request.

• Notify Employee of Decision
