This checklist ensures a smooth transition between shifts by documenting critical information and responsibilities for the next team. It is designed to enhance communication and operational continuity.

• Review Previous Shift's Notes

  Check the handover notes from the previous shift for any important updates or issues that need attention.

• Confirm Task Completion

  Verify that all tasks assigned to the previous shift have been completed and documented.

• Discuss Outstanding Issues

  Hold a brief meeting with the outgoing team member to discuss any ongoing issues and pending tasks.

• Update Shift Log

  Make sure the shift log is updated with any important information from the handover.

• Communicate Safety Concerns

  Discuss any safety issues or incidents that occurred during the previous shift to ensure the incoming team is aware.

• Assign Responsibilities

  Clearly outline and assign responsibilities for the incoming shift members.

• Confirm Equipment Status
