• Identify Skills Gap

  Conduct a skills assessment to identify gaps in employees' current skills versus the skills required for their roles or future roles.

• Set Development Goals

  Work with employees to set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) development goals based on the identified skills gap.

• Research Development Resources
