Weekly Health and Safety Check ( ADMIN )

This checklist is designed to ensure that the workplace is safe and meets health standards on a weekly basis. It includes inspections and reviews of various safety equipment and protocols.

• Inspect Fire Extinguishers

  Check that all fire extinguishers are fully charged, accessible, and have not expired.

• Review Emergency Exits

  Ensure all emergency exits are clear of obstructions and properly marked.

• Check First Aid Kits

  Verify that all first aid kits are stocked with necessary supplies and are readily accessible.

• Assess Workplace Ergonomics

  Evaluate workstations to ensure they are ergonomically sound to prevent injuries.

• Conduct a Slip and Trip Hazard Inspection

  Walk through the facility to identify and mitigate any slip or trip hazards.

• Review Safety Protocols with Staff

  Hold a brief meeting to remind staff of safety protocols and encourage reporting of any hazards.
