Staff Training Session Coordination ( ADMIN )

• Schedule Training Session

• Book Trainer/Facilitator

  Identify and confirm the availability of the trainer or facilitator who will deliver the training.

• Prepare Training Materials

  Gather and prepare all relevant materials and resources needed for the training session, including presentations, handouts, and any necessary equipment.

• Send Invitations

  Distribute invitations to all participants, including details about the training session, agenda, and any pre-session requirements.

• Conduct the Training Session

• Collect Feedback
