Check the inventory management system for current stock levels of all items in the store/warehouse.
List items that are below the predefined minimum stock level for each product category.
For each low stock item, prepare and send reorder requests to suppliers or procurement team.
Record the reorder requests in the inventory management system and adjust available stock accordingly.
Inform relevant team members about the stock replenishment status and expected delivery dates for ordered items.
Conduct a final review of stock levels and reorder requests to ensure all necessary actions have been taken.
