Daily Packaging Procedure Checklist ( OPERATIONS )

This checklist is designed to ensure that all packaging procedures are followed correctly to maintain product quality and efficiency in the daily operations of the packaging department.

• Verify Packaging Materials

  Check and confirm that all necessary packaging materials (boxes, tape, labels, etc.) are available and in good condition before starting the packaging process.

• Check Product Quality

  Inspect the products to ensure they meet quality standards before packaging. Report any defective items to the supervisor.

• Assemble Packaging Setup

  Prepare the workspace by setting up the packaging station with all required tools and materials within reach.

• Package Products

  Carefully package each product using the appropriate methods to ensure safety during transit. Follow specific guidelines for fragile items.

• Label Packages

  Apply the correct shipping labels and documentation to each package, ensuring all information is clear and accurate.

• Conduct Final Inspection

  Perform a final check to ensure each package is securely sealed and correctly labeled before moving them to the shipping area.

• Document Completed Packages
