Weekly Safety Equipment Inspection ( OPERATIONS )

This checklist is designed to ensure that all safety equipment is inspected weekly to maintain operational safety standards and compliance. It aims to identify any issues that could pose a risk to employees or operations.

• Inspect Fire Extinguishers

  Check the pressure gauge, inspect for any signs of damage, and ensure that fire extinguishers are easily accessible.

• Check First Aid Kits

  Ensure that first aid kits are fully stocked and items have not expired. Replace any missing or outdated supplies.

• Examine Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  Inspect all PPE, including helmets, gloves, goggles, and masks, for wear and tear. Replace any damaged equipment.

• Test Emergency Lighting

  Verify that all emergency lights are operational by conducting a test and replacing any non-functional units.

• Review Safety Signage

  Check that all safety signs are visible, legible, and in good condition. Update any faded or outdated signs.
