• Inspect Equipment

  Check all machinery and equipment for any visible signs of wear, damage, or malfunction. Ensure all safety guards are in place.

• Clean Work Areas

  Ensure that all workstations and surrounding areas are clean and free from hazards to promote safety and efficiency.

• Check Fluid Levels

  Verify that all necessary fluid levels (oil, coolant, etc.) are at appropriate levels for machinery and equipment.

• Test Safety Equipment

  Conduct functionality tests on emergency stops, fire extinguishers, and any other safety equipment to ensure they are operational.

• Document Findings

  Record any issues found during inspections and maintenance tasks in the maintenance log for future reference.
