• Identify Maintenance Issue

  Clearly define the maintenance issue or request that needs to be addressed. Include details such as location, nature of the problem, and urgency.

• Submit Maintenance Request

  Complete the maintenance request form and submit it to the designated maintenance coordinator or through the online maintenance request system.

• Acknowledge Receipt

  Ensure that the maintenance coordinator acknowledges the receipt of the maintenance request within a specific time frame.

• Prioritize Request

  Assess the urgency and impact of the maintenance issue to prioritize the request accordingly.

• Assign Maintenance Personnel

  Assign the maintenance request to the appropriate maintenance personnel or contractor based on the nature of the issue.

• Complete Maintenance Work

• Verify Completion
