Monthly Equipment Calibration Checklist ( OPERATIONS )

This checklist is designed to ensure that all equipment used in operations is calibrated properly on a monthly basis. Proper calibration ensures accuracy and efficiency in all operational processes.

• Gather Calibration Tools

  Collect all necessary tools and equipment required for calibration, including calibration devices, manuals, and safety gear.

• Identify Equipment to be Calibrated

  List all equipment that requires calibration this month, ensuring that all operational equipment is included.

• Check Previous Calibration Records

  Review previous calibration records to identify any trends or issues that need to be addressed during the current calibration.

• Perform Calibration

  Calibrate each piece of equipment according to the manufacturer's specifications and standard operating procedures.

• Document Calibration Results

  Record the results of each calibration, noting any adjustments made and whether the equipment passed or failed.

• Report Issues

  If any equipment fails calibration, report it to the maintenance team for immediate action and further investigation.

• Update Calibration Schedule

  Revise the calibration schedule based on the current month's activities and plan for next month’s calibration.

• Review with Team
