• Collect Production Data

  Gather all relevant production data from the manufacturing floor for the day including quantities produced, downtime, and other relevant metrics.

• Verify Data Accuracy

  Cross-check the collected data against machine logs and operator reports to ensure accuracy.

• Compile Report

  Format the verified data into the standard production report template.

• Review Report

  Have a supervisor or team lead review the compiled report for completeness and accuracy.

• Submit Report

  Submit the finalized production report to management by the end of the shift.

• Archive Data

  Store a copy of the report and the raw data in the designated archive system for future reference.
