• Review Quality Standards

  Ensure that the quality standards for products are understood and up to date.

• Select Products for Inspection

  Choose a random sample of products from different batches for inspection.

• Visual Inspection

  Conduct a visual check for any defects in the selected products, such as tears, stains, or deformities.

• Functional Testing

  Test the functionality of products that require operational checks to ensure they perform as expected.

• Document Findings

  Record any defects or issues found during the inspection, along with product identification details.

• Report to Quality Control Manager

  Submit the inspection report to the Quality Control Manager for review and further action if needed.

• Implement Corrective Actions

  If defects are found, work with the production team to implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
