This checklist is designed to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new tutors, covering essential steps and requirements to facilitate their integration into the tutoring program.

• Welcome Email

  Send a welcome email to the new tutor including important information about the program and next steps.

• Review Tutor Handbook

  Provide the tutor with access to the Tutor Handbook and ensure they understand the guidelines and expectations.

• Schedule Training Session

  Arrange a training session to familiarize the tutor with the tutoring platform and tools they will be using.

• Set Up Profile

  Assist the tutor in setting up their profile on the tutoring platform, including adding a profile picture and bio.

• Assign Initial Students

  Assign a few initial students to the tutor to help them get started with their tutoring sessions.

• Feedback Session

  Schedule a feedback session after the first month to discuss experiences, challenges, and areas for improvement.
