Daily Safety Equipment Check ( OPERATIONS )

This checklist ensures that all safety equipment is inspected and maintained regularly to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

• Inspect Fire Extinguishers

  Check the pressure gauge and ensure that the fire extinguishers are accessible and in good condition.

• Test Emergency Alarms

  Conduct tests on all emergency alarms to verify they are functional and audible throughout the workspace.

• Check First Aid Kits

  Review the contents of first aid kits to ensure they are fully stocked and that all items are within expiration dates.

• Inspect Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  Verify that all PPE such as helmets, gloves, goggles, and masks are available, clean, and in good condition.

• Review Safety Signage

  Ensure all safety signage is visible and in good condition, updating any that are damaged or out of date.

• Document Findings

  Record any issues found during the inspection and ensure corrective actions are taken to address them.
